Located in the great State of Iowa, FM Controls is a leading dealer and servicing contractor of

building automation systems for Iowa and southern Minnesota. The company was created 10

years ago, and our team has over 50 years of building controls experience across mechanical,

pneumatic, and digital control platforms. We have the experience to design, install, repair, or

upgrade most control systems creating an environment that is both comfortable and energy

efficient.

In addition to a comfortable building, FM Controls believes it is just as important that the owner is

confident operating their building control system, so each system is designed with the client in

mind. For new installations, we typically offer robust Reliable Controls and package them with a

simple and intuitive graphical interface so you don't need to be a building engineer to run them.

Should service be needed, FM Controls can quickly diagnose and address issues via the

internet to keep your business running smoothly. In emergency situations, our technicians are

dispatched from Des Moines and Fort Dodge, IA or Minneapolis, MN and can be on site

usually within a few hours while response time for non-critical items and service calls is

normally the same day.
